Create Agent
The Create Agent screen in Agent Builder allows users to design and configure intelligent agents by selecting a variety of settings, such as the flow type (chat or voice), persona, tone, language, and specific configurations. This process ensures that the agent can be tailored to meet the unique needs of a project.
Key Features on the Create Agent Screen:
Select Flow Type
Choose the flow type for the agent, which can be either:
- Chat: For text-based interactions such as chatbots or support agents.
- Voice: For voice-based interactions such as voice assistants.
Select Agent Persona
Choose an avatar for the agent. The screen displays multiple personas, including:
- Kevin: A friendly persona.
- Robert and Adam: Additional avatar options.
This helps give the agent a human-like identity to enhance user interaction.
Select Gender
Choose the gender for the agent (Male or Female) based on the desired tone and style of communication.
Tone Configuration
Select the tone of the agent's communication:
- Friendly: For casual and approachable interactions.
- Other tones can be added depending on the use case.
Language Selection
Define the language in which the agent will communicate, such as English or other available languages.
Flow Configuration
Select the flow configuration to define the agent's behavior. This can be based on predefined templates or custom workflows.
Multi-Phone Support
Configure multi-phone settings, if required. Currently, this shows No data found, indicating that this feature is not yet configured.
Save and Cancel Options
After configuring the agent, users can either click Save to create the agent or Cancel to discard changes.
Workflow:
- Step 1: Select the flow type (Chat or Voice).
- Step 2: Choose an avatar and gender for the agent.
- Step 3: Set the communication tone (e.g., Friendly).
- Step 4: Select the language in which the agent will interact.
- Step 5: Configure the agent's workflow or behavior.
- Step 6: Click Save to create the agent, or Cancel to discard.
Example Process:
- Persona: Choose Kevin as the avatar.
- Tone: Select Friendly.
- Flow Type: Set to Chat for text-based interaction.
- Language: Select English.
- Save: Click Save to finalize the creation of the agent.
